Connect Legal Partners in Leicester is seeking an experienced solicitor or licensed conveyancer to lead a residential conveyancing team. You will run your own caseload and supervise a small team, ensuring end-to-end delivery and excellent client care.

The role offers long‑term career prospects within a well‑established firm and a supportive, friendly team environment. Leicester-based, with scope for developing client relationships and referral networks.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer.
• At least 3 years running residential conveyancing transactions.
• Experience managing or training junior staff is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Run your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post completion.
• Supervise the team and allocate work.
• Build good links with clients and referrers.
• Spot new business opportunities.
