Job summary

A well-respected children's residential provider is seeking a Deputy Manager in Liverpool. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £35,000 per annum. The role involves supporting the Registered Manager in daily leadership and operations, ensuring high-quality therapeutic care for young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Residential Childcare and relevant qualifications in children and young people. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Residential Childcare with at least 1 year in supervisory role.
• Experience in managing young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• Commitment to providing consistent, therapeutic care.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day leadership of the home.
• Lead operational areas and deputise in the manager's absence.
• Ensure quality care for young people with complex needs.
