Nicholas Associates is partnering with a residential groundworks contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager who will oversee 4–5 projects concurrently. You will manage from pre-start to handover, coordinating with site managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in residential groundworks.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with contract and cost-control knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple residential groundwork projects from pre-start to handover.
• Coordinate with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, health & safety, and quality standards.
• Lead site teams and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Report progress to senior management.
