Enable Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential groundworks projects in the Kent region. You will take overall responsibility for safety, programme, budget and quality, while managing site teams and key client relationships.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, proven contracts management experience in groundworks, and strong leadership with a clear commercial focus. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Enable Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of a well-established specialist residential groundworks contractor. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects throughout the Kent region.

The business delivers residential infrastructure and groundworks packages for some of the UK’s leading housebuilders, with individual project values reaching up to £20 million.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a financially secure contractor with a strong reputation for quality delivery, repeat business and long-term career prospects.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards. You will manage site teams, maintain strong client relationships, oversee commercial performance and drive operational excellence across the region.

Applicants must have a strong engineering background and previous experience operating as a Contracts Manager, or in a similar senior operational role, for a specialist groundworks contractor.

Experience delivering residential groundworks and infrastructure packages is essential.

In return, our client is offering a highly competitive package of £80,000 – £120,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for either permanent or day-rate engagements.
