RGB Recruitment Ltd requires a Senior Architect with a strong background in residential architecture to join our Birmingham-based team. You will lead projects from concept to completion, coordinate consultants, manage programmes, and ensure compliance with Building Regulations and related acts.

Proficiency in Revit and experience with Higher-Risk Buildings are highly valued. The role offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio including build-to-rent, affordable housing, and regeneration

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect or equivalent credential is required.
• Experience leading residential projects from concept to completion.
• Strong communication and coordinating with consultants and clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead residential projects across RIBA stages from concept to completion.
• Produce and oversee detailed technical information using Revit.
• Manage project programmes and coordinate consultants for delivery.
