RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist for a Bristol-based multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong track record. The role focuses on technical delivery for a Retail & Commercial team and involves taking projects through detailed design, producing construction information, and developing Revit drawing packages.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC in architectural technology or equivalent.
• Several years of relevant practice in UK.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

Responsabilités

• Take design projects through detailed design and technical delivery.
• Produce and coordinate high-quality technical and construction information.
• Develop detailed drawing packages in Revit.
• Coordinate information with structural, MEP and other consultants.
• Prepare and coordinate Building Regulations information.
• Review technical information and resolve design queries.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Attend design team and project meetings.
