Linnaeus, Calder Vets Wakefield, is seeking a Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our vibrant team. The role offers 40 hours per week, with one in four Saturdays, and scope to lead clinical care for pets and clients in a high-quality practice.

From £30,000 per annum FTE depending on experience

Hours

Full time , 40 hours per week 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

Your role and responsibilities

This role would be suitable for qualified Veterinary Nurses - either already working as a Senior, or ready to take the next step - to join our vibrant and friendly team to deliver exceptional care to our clients and their pets at our Wakefield site.

Calder Vets offer a range of clinical services from preventative healthcare through to complex medical, surgical and orthopaedic procedures. We have superb, spacious, purpose-built surroundings with operating theatres, multiple consulting rooms, digital x-ray and a brand new laboratory blood machines.

• An enthusiastic veterinary nurse who is passionate about the provision of high-quality service to patients and clients.
• Someone ready to take the next step or who is already working as a senior.
• Someone who is keen to continually improve their professional knowledge and experience.
• An excellent communicator, understanding that educating pet owners about their pets’ welfare is just as important as providing high quality treatment.
