Formación

• NMC registration - Either RGN or RMN.
• Demonstrable experience post registration in a similar setting.
• Preferably worked within a care home or elderly setting.
• Commitment to delivering high quality care.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Passion and empathy with a desire to make a difference.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic care and support residents daily.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and GPs.
• Liaise with other providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain and develop clinical skills through training.
