Pin Point Healthcare in Warrington is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) for full-time, nursing home settings. You will lead shifts, provide high-quality, person-centred care, and support care teams in a rewarding environment.

Role requires active NMC PIN and strong clinical judgement. You will maintain records, ensure safe practices, and contribute to residents’ well-being and quality of life.

Formación

• Valid NMC registration with an active PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Strong clinical skills and sound clinical judgement.
• Leadership skills with team management capability.
• Adaptability across different care settings.
• Reliable, professional and caring approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts by coordinating, delegating and supervising care delivery.
• Ensure risks are managed and you are accountable for care provided.
• Deliver holistic care addressing medical, physical and emotional needs.
• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with residents and families.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence-based practice.
• Communicate to support clinical decision-making and best practice.
• Review and update care plans as needs change and inform updates.
• Maintain accurate written and electronic records.
• Work in line with current legislation and the NMC Code of Conduct.
