• NMC Registered Nurse
• Numerate and literate with effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to use IT and communication systems required for the role
• Ability to develop internal and external relationships with professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure while motivating the team

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and oversee high standards of person-centred care and continually assess residents' needs.
• Champion independence and update care plans to meet changing needs.
• Oversee medicine management on your shift in line with policies and legislation.
• Build a positive reputation and communicate professionally with visitors and families.
• Ensure a positive resident experience from admission to discharge.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and ensure teams are prepared.
• Ensure compliance with legal and best-practice guidelines and manage risks.
• Maintain rigorous monitoring and records of assessments, plans and incidents.
• Promote teamwork and support staff to deliver care.
• Foster a connected culture with residents and the wider organisation.
• Understand host home targets and support the Home Manager.
• Lead by example and uphold high standards of nursing care.
• Attend meetings and participate in appraisals and CPD for revalidation.
