Job summary

Beaumont Care Homes is seeking an NMC registered nurse to lead our care team, delivering and supervising high standards of person-centred care for residents in Lisburn.

Rate of pay depends on experience; newly qualified nurses start at £18.82 per hour, rising to £19.82 after one year post-qualification. You will oversee medicine management, care planning, and regulatory compliance to maintain exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse qualification and current registration.
• Numerate and literate with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use IT and care-record systems competently.
• Ability to develop relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high standards of person-centred care; assess residents' needs and preferences.
• Develop, review and update care plans to meet changing needs.
• Oversee medicine management in your shift and ensure safe administration.
• Build and promote a positive reputation; communicate warmly with visitors and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all resident experiences from admission to discharge are positive.
• Participate in inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practice.
