Job summary

Beaumont Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse (NMC) to join our Belfast team on a 33-hour night shift. You will lead the care team, deliver person-centred care, administer medications and monitor resident wellbeing, always upholding our values of dignity and respect.

The role requires NMC registration, strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while supporting colleagues. Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply as part of a supportive, home-based care community.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse required.
• Must be numerate and literate with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in using IT and communication systems for the role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high standards of person-centered care.
• Oversee medicine management and ensure safe administration.
• Develop and update care plans to reflect residents' needs.
• Mentor and supervise staff and participate in team meetings.
• Promote resident dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Support regulatory compliance and participate in quality governance.
