Job summary

Beaumont Care Homes Limited in Belfast is seeking a Clinical Lead/Charge Nurse to provide leadership to the team in our Mental Health Unit. You will uphold high standards of care and ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centred support.

As a Registered Nurse with live NMC PIN, you will develop care plans, perform risk assessments, oversee medicine management, and mentor junior staff. You will use modern technology to maintain accurate documentation and drive clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with live NMC PIN.
• Two years post registration experience.
• Experience in elderly health care sector.
• People management experience.
• Experience of quality and clinical governance programmes, including audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records using modern technology.
• Oversee medicine management on your shift in line with policies and legislation.
• Make timely decisions and take action.
• Provide guidance and support to all team members using your clinical skills.
• Mentor others in line with the NMC Code.
