MHA (Methodist Homes) Weston & Queensway House in Stafford is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead a caring team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care with compassion and professionalism.

You will supervise staff, manage medications, maintain nursing records, and contribute to training, safeguarding and quality improvement in line with NMC standards. A flexible shift pattern is available.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing qualification with NMC PIN and active registration.
• Experience supervising and supporting care staff.
• Proven ability to plan, implement and review personalised care.

Responsabilités

• Lead assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care.
• Provide direct care when needed and oversee residents' needs.
• Develop and review person-centred care plans with residents and families.
• Manage medication safely and maintain documentation as per NMC standards.
• Maintain accurate nursing records.
• Supervise and develop care staff on shifts.
• Contribute to training, supervision and staff development.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
• Escalate concerns and safeguarding issues per policy.
• Participate in quality audits and service improvement.
