Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid NMC Registration to practice as a nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in dementia care and leadership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team to deliver high quality nursing care.
• Provide clinical assessment and care planning for residents, evaluating outcomes.
• Liaise with GPs and health professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Maintain documentation and quality standards in line with CQC requirements.
• Explain care plans and decisions to residents and families with empathy.
