Job summary
SNG Healthcare Group LTD in Loughborough is seeking an experienced Registered Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to lead a 24-bed specialist mental health unit. You will oversee clinical governance, regulatory compliance and day-to-day service operations.
The role requires a qualified RN with leadership experience and a Level 5 qualification or willingness to complete it; salary is £52,000 per annum and the position is full-time and permanent. Applicants from surrounding areas are welcome.
Qualifications
- Qualified Registered Nurse with RGN/RMN/RNLD.
- Significant leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
- Experience managing clinical teams and service performance.
- Knowledge of care governance, care planning and risk management.
- Experience managing staffing, rotas, budgets and quality assurance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversee daily operation of a 24-bed unit.
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and CQC compliance.
- Manage staffing, rotas, budgets and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient wellbeing.
