You will manage budgets, safeguarding and compliance, develop leaders, and ensure documentation is accurate. DBS checks apply; involvement with families, professionals, and commissioners is essential.

Formación

• Experience managing a CQC-registered service.
• Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and Care Act & MCA.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or working towards it.
• Experience budgeting, staffing and team/service performance.
• Strong communication and leadership development support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and care management systems.
• Commitment to accurate documentation and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the service to meet CQC requirements, funding agreements and organisational standards.
• Prepare for inspections and ensure improvement actions are completed.
• Oversee personalised support to promote independence, relationships, wellbeing and goals.
• Ensure safe support with medication, health and finances per the Mental Capacity Act.
• Act as safeguarding lead; record, investigate and resolve incidents.
• Support recruitment, induction and staff development, including planning for management cover.
• Manage budgets, staffing and rotas to meet assessed needs and funding.
• Maintain confidential records; build relationships with families, professionals and commissioners.
