Job summary

Health Recruit Network is recruiting a Registered Manager for a brand-new 3-bed children's residential home in King's Lynn. You will lead set-up, registration and ongoing operations, building a strong team and shaping the culture that supports safeguarding and positive outcomes for children.

The role requires experience as a Registered/Deputy Manager, strong regulatory knowledge, and a Level 5 leadership qualification (or active progress towards it).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
• Active progress toward Level 5 Diploma or equivalent leadership qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead set-up and Ofsted registration for the new home.
• Recruit, develop and lead the residential childcare team.
• Provide values-led leadership and positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
