Not For Profit People is seeking a Registered Manager for a mental health service in Pitsea, Essex. Salary £35,000-£40,000, 39 hours per week. You will lead a team to deliver person-centred care for seven residents and ensure CQC compliance and safeguarding.

You will oversee budgeting, staff development and liaison with families and commissioners, driving continuous improvement. DBS and safe recruitment checks apply.

Formación

• Experience managing a CQC-registered service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding legislation, including Care Act and MCA.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or working toward it.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing and performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the service to meet CQC requirements and funding agreements.
• Prepare for inspections and drive improvement actions.
• Oversee personalised support promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Ensure safe medication, health, finances per MCA.
• Act as safeguarding lead and document incidents.
• Support recruitment, induction and staff development.
• Manage budgets, staffing and rotas to meet funding.
• Maintain confidential records and liaise with families and professionals.
