Job summary
Look Ahead Care, Support and Housing Ltd is seeking a Registered Service Manager for our mental health service in Hackney. The role requires leadership to deliver safe, high-quality, recovery-focused care in line with CQC standards.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 per annum and a 40-hour week, with a comprehensive benefits package including generous annual leave, pension contributions, life assurance, DBS, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must have previously held CQC registration as a Registered Manager in a regulated adult social care or mental health service.
- Other relevant professional memberships and/or specialist qualifications.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and mental health support practices.
Responsibilities
- Hold day-to-day management and leadership of the registered mental health care home.
- Ensure service remains compliant with CQC regulations across safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness, and leadership.
- Develop positive relationships with inspectors, commissioners, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
- Plan, organise and prioritise service operations to ensure effective care delivery.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure action plans are completed.
- Produce regular management reports to senior management and performance teams.
