St Joseph’s Specialist Trust in Cranleigh, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the Adult Supported Living service for ten tenants across two houses. You will ensure person-centred care, safety and high-quality support in collaboration with families and professionals.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop staff, and maintain regulatory compliance with CQC while promoting independence and wellbeing for residents.

Competenze

• Experience managing or leading an adult social care service, ideally within supported living.
• Strong understanding of adult social care, CQC requirements and safeguarding.
• Experience leading and developing staff, managing performance and addressing concerns.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or equivalent qualification.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.

Mansioni

• Leading staff recruitment, induction, supervision, development and performance management.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.
• Overseeing support plans, risk assessments and incident management.
• Managing staffing rotas, budgets and resources.
• Working with tenants, families, colleagues and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitoring service quality and implementing improvements.
• Supporting staff to manage complex situations and changes in tenants’ needs.
• Participating in agreed on-call arrangements.
