Job summary

Outreach Staffing Solutions Ltd is inviting applications for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Tamworth. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safeguarding, and drive outcomes in line with Ofsted standards.

You will work with a senior leadership team to maintain high standards, support staff development, and promote a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach to care, aimed at stabilizing placements and delivering excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading children's residential services.
• Knowledge of Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, safeguarding law.
• Ability to manage teams and drive improvement in Ofsted outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home, ensure safety, high-quality, child-centred care.
