The Cynergy Group is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a medium-sized residential care home in Havant, Hampshire. This full-time role offers an opportunity to drive high-quality, person-centred care and to foster a positive environment for residents, their families, and staff.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and lead a dedicated team to deliver consistently excellent care while managing budgets and occupancy.”

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Care Home Manager in elderly residential care.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Proven track record in leading and developing care teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience maintaining or improving standards within a care home.
