Travel Talent Hub is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop Travel Managers across Scotland, focusing on Glasgow and the surrounding region. You will own regional sales performance, identify commercial opportunities and ensure high standards of customer service.

You will coach teams, manage targets, and build strong partner relationships while monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement in sales and customer experience.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a senior sales or leadership role within travel.
• Strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets.
• Experience leading Travel Managers, Store Managers or sales teams.
• Genuine passion for travel and strong knowledge of holiday market.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Travel Managers and sales teams to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.
• Own regional performance and ensure targets across sales, revenue, profitability and customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends and implement improvement actions.
• Coach Travel Managers to build confident, knowledgeable and high-performing teams.
• Support managers with performance management, recruitment and employee relations.
• Encourage teams to maximise opportunities and develop repeat and referral business.
• Identify opportunities to grow regional sales through new markets and initiatives.
• Ensure teams maintain knowledge of holiday products, destinations and suppliers.
• Take ownership of escalated customer situations and resolve them with satisfaction.
• Conduct regular store visits, providing leadership, coaching and feedback.
• Share best practice across locations and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain standards across customer service, sales processes, compliance and operations.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external travel partners.
• Stay up to date with travel trends and market opportunities.
