Regen Solutions Ltd invites applications for a Site Manager on a brand-new contract across Norwich. You will oversee on-site activities, manage operatives and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and programme milestones are met.

We seek 5+ years' experience, NVQ/HNC Level 4+, CSCS Gold, SMSTS, first aid, driving license; Gold CSCS; pay around £50k with car allowance. This role covers external planned works and some internal refurbishment across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal and external planned works.
• Maintenance/refurbishment project experience desirable.
• In-date First Aid certificate required.
• CSCS Gold Card and SMSTS certification preferred.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for daily on-site operations and management of operatives and subcontractors.
• Identify critical success factors and ensure quality and programme standards.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards throughout the project.
• Ensure delivery plans meet cost and time frame expectations.
• Support refurbishment works across sites in Norwich area.

Connaissances

5+ years of site management experience

Health and safety knowledge

Full UK driving license

First Aid certificate

Formation

NVQ / HNC Level 4 or higher in construction

Gold CSCS Card

SMSTS certificate

RICS/MCIOB (advantageous)
