Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager for a brand-new externals contract across Kent. You will oversee planned external works including roofing and window/door replacements, managing operatives and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery.

Role requires extensive experience in planned maintenance and refurbishment, CSCS Gold, SMSTS, relevant qualifications, and a valid UK driving licence. This temporary assignment focuses on efficient site management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in internal/external planned works.
• Planned maintenance and refurbishment experience required.
• In-date First Aid certificate required.
• NVQ/HNC Level 4+ and CSCS Gold Card required.
• CSCS card and SMSTS certificate required.
• Sound health and safety knowledge and compliance.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Membership of or working towards RICS/MCIOB advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for daily on-site activity and management of operatives and sub-contractors.
• Identify, review and implement client's critical success factors for the project.
• Ensure quality and programme standards are delivered and defects avoided.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on site.
• Follow the project delivery plan to cost and time frame expectations.
