Job summary

White Recruitment Construction is seeking a Lead Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer for high-end residential projects across the UK, with work concentrated around London. You will install, commission and service split systems and chilled water cooling, taking ownership on site and guiding on-site teams.

The role includes international travel to Europe and Dubai, with a clear long-term path into Project Management as the department grows. DOE salary with up to £48,000 base.

Qualifications

• Strong background in refrigeration and/or air conditioning.
• Experience working with split systems, refrigeration equipment or similar HVAC systems.
• Previous supervisory, team-leading or management experience.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for installations and managing works on site.
• Installation, commissioning, service and fault-finding experience.
• Able to work independently and organise your own workload.
• F-Gas qualification.
• Good customer-facing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Happy with nationwide travel and staying away when required.
• Comfortable with occasional overseas travel.

A specialist HVAC business is looking to recruit a Lead Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

You’ll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing and fault-finding on split systems and chilled water cooling systems across high-end residential projects throughout the UK, with the majority of work concentrated around London.

You’ll be expected to take ownership of projects on site, manage your own workload and provide leadership where. The role also includes occasional international travel across Europe and Dubai, with a clear long-term pathway into Project Management as the department grows.
