Job summary

SERV Recruitment LTD. is seeking a highly driven Lead Recruitment Consultant for the Sport and Entertainment division in Richmond, London. The role focuses on developing the client base and driving new business while leading in a 360 recruitment capacity.

You will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with opportunities to build and lead a division, supported by an industry-leading commission scheme and a strong client network.

Lead Recruitment Consultant – Sport and Entertainment

Salary - DOE + Industry leading commission scheme

Location - Richmond, London (4-days in office)

Due to continued success, SERV is searching for a highly driven and experienced Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the continued development of our Sport and Entertainment divisions. Since launching in 2020 we’ve gone from strength-to-strength, working with some of the most well-known brands across our specialist industries.

You’ll have the opportunity to hit the ground running with plenty of clients to work with from the off, whilst also developing your own relationships with new clients. Requirements:

• 4+ years’ recruitment experience, working in a 360 capacity
• Track record developing new business and client relationships
• Business mindset, entrepreneurial, self-sufficient
• The drive to develop your own team and division within the business
• Eagerness and willingness to learn, work hard, and hit targets
• Career driven and money motivated

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Headhunting, sourcing suitable candidates
