At Atlassian Williams F1 Team, a Lead Software Engineer is sought to direct a 3–5 person team within Performance Technology. You will own technical direction, architecture, and delivery across real‑time data, simulations, and cloud‑native tools while remaining hands‑on in design and code.

• 10+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Comfort across full stack and performance‑critical low‑level code (C++/Rust).
• Strong architecture knowledge of distributed systems and real‑time streaming.
• Familiarity with functional programming (e.g., F#) is a plus.
