• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead engineering role.
• Comfort across the full stack, including performance‑critical low‑level code in C++/Rust and Python for analysis.
• Strong architectural knowledge across distributed systems, real‑time streaming, and multiple data stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of your team, making architectural decisions and setting quality standards.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and feedback.
• Manage technical dependencies and risks across concurrent projects while balancing feature delivery and debt to stakeholders.
