• Ability to lead survey teams, plan workloads, and meet deadlines.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including night/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver topographical surveys on rail and related projects.
• Lead and mentor survey teams, coordinate with PMs, engineers and clients.
• Process, validate and deliver survey data and outputs (drawings/models).
• Contribute to survey methodologies and safety culture on site.
