Job summary

The Harley Street Clinic in London is seeking a Superintendent Radiographer to lead the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Imaging service. You will work with consultant cardiologists and radiologists to secure safe, high‑quality patient imaging and drive service improvement.

You will champion radiation protection, governance and imaging quality standards while developing a high-performing, inclusive team across a busy specialty. This is a permanent full-time role offering competitive salary.

Qualifications

• BSc in Diagnostic Imaging or equivalent qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Society and College of Radiographers membership or equivalent.
• Significant post-registration experience in cardiac catheter labs, interventional radiology or angiography.
• Leadership experience to manage and develop radiography teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead radiography service across Cardiac Cath Labs and Interventional Radiology Imaging, ensuring safe, effective and efficient patient care.
• Act as departmental lead for radiation protection, governance and imaging quality standards.
• Provide expert imaging knowledge and technical support to clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive service development and operational improvements; introduce new techniques and technologies.
• Recruit, develop and support colleagues; foster an inclusive high-performing team.
