Job summary

The Harley Street Clinic in London is seeking a Superintendent Radiographer for the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Imaging services. This role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight in a high-performing, patient-focused environment.

You will lead and develop the radiography team, ensuring radiation safety, quality standards and the delivery of complex imaging across interventional procedures within a renowned private hospital group.

Qualifications

• BSc in Diagnostic Imaging or equivalent higher qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Membership of the Society and College of Radiographers or equivalent body.
• Significant post-registration experience in cardiac catheter labs, interventional radiology or angiography imaging.
• Experience leading radiography teams and driving service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the radiography service across Cardiac Catheter Laboratories and Interventional Radiology Imaging.
• Act as departmental lead for radiation protection, governance and imaging quality standards.
• Provide expert imaging support to consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive service development and introduce new techniques and technologies.
• Recruit, develop and support colleagues, fostering an inclusive high-performing team.
