Matchtech is seeking a Lead Radar Systems Engineer to drive the definition and delivery of advanced radar and RF systems. You will lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to deployment, shaping technology strategy and capability growth across the radar engineering remit.

You will mentor engineers and collaborate across RF, electronics, software and systems engineering while contributing to recruitment and roadmaps to strengthen the team and deliver innovative radar solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in developing customised radar systems.
• Experience across radar, RF, and systems engineering.
• Strong ability to influence capability roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced radar and RF systems.
• Define RF architectures against customer requirements.
• Provide technical direction to multidisciplinary teams.
• Support capability development and recruitment initiatives.
• Mentor engineers across radar, RF and systems disciplines.
