Qualifications

• PhD in Physics, Photonics, Electronic Engineering or closely related field.
• Proven research in photonic integrated circuits, quantum communications, high-speed optical systems or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with advanced photonic setups and RF testing techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW or equivalent for automation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead photonic chip development from concept to prototype validation.
• Contribute to system integration of quantum photonic prototypes.
• Collaborate with industrial and academic partners across regions.
• Mentor PhD students and early-career researchers and disseminate results.
