Qualifications
- Specification, design, fabrication/test and validation of complex PICs or photonic systems.
- Deep knowledge of PIC platforms including SiPh, SiN, and InP.
- Proven ability to lead engineers and collaborate across disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Act as a photonics architect and lead teams developing next-generation photonic systems.
- Deliver PICs and photonic systems, owning architecture from concept to validated hardware.
- Engage with the photonics ecosystem, including fabs and testing.
