Qualifications
Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management in the UK infrastructure sector.
Pre and post contract experience.
Previous line management experience.
Experience managing NEC3/4 contracts.
Responsibilities
Oversee budgets, track costs, and ensure financial accuracy.
Manage NEC & JCT contracts, handle valuations and payments.
Support tendering processes and ensure value for money.
Audit projects, verify estimates, and review financial compliance.
Identify financial risks and manage compensation events.
