Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management in the UK infrastructure sector.
• Pre and post contract experience.
• Previous line management experience.
• Experience managing NEC3/4 contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, track costs, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage NEC & JCT contracts, handle valuations and payments.
• Support tendering processes and ensure value for money.
• Audit projects, verify estimates, and review financial compliance.
• Identify financial risks and manage compensation events.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
