We are expanding our FM & Contractor Services division and seek ambitious individuals to contribute to the growth, delivery excellence and continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent qualification or experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in construction cost management.
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Experience working for a main contractor is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day project delivery with minimal supervision.
• Enhance service delivery and promote knowledge sharing and innovation.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans and client reports.
• Provide risk and value management.
• Administer contracts including valuations, forecasts and cost reports.
