APPLE TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT (UK) LIMITED is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role on Norfolk projects. Start from Sept 2026 onwards with a c£60,000 basic salary and a competitive package including a company car or car allowance and a pension scheme.

You will join a regional Main Contractor delivering across Mixed-Use, Education, Commercial and Healthcare sectors, initially on a high-profile Norfolk scheme (~£5m) and later take lead on upcoming projects.

Formación

• 3+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience with a Main Contractor across New Build or Refurbishment sectors is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build client and sub-contractor relationships.
• Experience using JCT Design & Build contracts is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day commercial and financial management from inception to final account.
• Conduct procurement, place sub-contract packages and manage sub-contractor accounts.
• Prepare and submit interim payments and interim valuations on time.
• Produce monthly CVR reporting and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage variations, claims and compensation events to protect profit margins.
