Job summary

Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) Limited seeks a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead a large £100m project on a permanent basis in Suffolk. You will manage a team, produce CVRs, and handle payments, variations and final accounts while reporting to directors.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years at Senior/Managing QS level, strong communication, and experience on big build schemes (£50m+). Sector experience in Commercial/Industrial/Defence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience at a Senior or Managing QS level leading new build projects £50m+.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a project team.
• Experience on 2-stage projects is advantageous.
• Sector experience includes Commercial, Industrial, or Defence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors across a large project.
• Produce CVRs, manage sub-contractor payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Report to directors and help grow the regional commercial function.
