Job summary

Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture (SCS JV) is seeking an MQS to lead the commercial administration of a £75m package on the HS2 London project from the Euston site. You will drive cost control, forecast performance, and manage subcontracting and reporting within the wider £275m route-wide works.

The role offers flexible working options and the chance to mentor junior staff while operating within an integrated project team supporting the Commercial Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience of cost management on large infrastructure packages.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Ability to produce timely, accurate reports and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Input to cost strategy, cost control and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly reports: value, cost, profit/loss, cash flow and budget.
• Subcontract management, procurement and contract administration.
• Provide commercial input to risk, value management and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records, minutes, and correspondence.
