Job summary

SCS Railways is delivering HS2 London Tunnels as part of the Skanska | Costain | STRABAG JV. The role focuses on commercial management, contract documentation, and cost reporting within a major rail infrastructure program.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, manage subcontract administration, and support change control and financial reporting to ensure project commercial success.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with Power BI preferred.
• Experience in rail or infrastructure projects beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop management and issue of accurate, contract compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Prepare interim payments, valuations, and final accounts with subcontractors.
• Maintain risk registers, change control information, and cost reports.
• Support procurement with tenders and subcontract documentation.
