Job summary

Greencore’s Holbeach St Marks site is looking for a Machine Operative (Days). You’ll work on our chilled pizza production lines, ensuring safety, speed and accuracy while supporting a right-first-time culture. The role involves CCPs, metal detection, check-weighing and line leadership within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and good organisation.
• Willingness to wear PPE and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a production setting.
• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Good English and Maths literacy for accurate checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee production lines on Days shift.
• Conduct CCPs and metal detection checks.
• Perform accurate check-weighing operations.
• Support leading a production line and ensure right-first-time quality.
• Maintain safety, speed and accuracy throughout the shift.
