Job summary

Quantum in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior Quality Engineer to lead testing across two product teams, iGaming and Rewards. You will build and own the automation framework, write framework code, and coach engineers to take ownership of quality in their work.

The role focuses on test strategy, end-to-end coverage, and integrating tests into fast, reliable CI processes as the platform evolves.

Qualifications

Strong coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and production-grade test code.
Experience designing test strategies across unit, integration, contract and end-to-end levels.
Track record of building and maintaining automation frameworks used by multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Define our test strategy across unit, integration, contract and E2E levels.
Build and own a Playwright/TypeScript automation framework for web and APIs.
Make CI feedback fast and trustworthy across pipelines.
Bring the end-to-end suite to a healthy state and maintain as the platform grows.
Coach engineers to write and own tests for their code through pairing and reviews.
Set up test data and environments for realistic, safe testing.
Introduce performance and load testing for core applications.
Collaborate with product managers to ensure testable acceptance criteria.
