Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or lettings.
• Knowledge of residential lettings processes and compliance.
• Excellent organisation and time-management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional and confident approach with landlords and tenants.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
• Good problem-solving skills and calm under urgent maintenance.
• Attention to detail and accurate administration.
• Confidence using property-management software and MS Office.
• Full UK driving licence advantageous.
• ARLA Propertymark qualification or willingness to study desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties from tenancy start to renewal or vacation.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and emergency works with approved contractors.
• Obtain quotations, seek landlord approval and monitor works to completion.
• Carry out or arrange routine property inspections and provide reports.
• Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews and tenancy changes.
• Ensure safety certificates, inspections and records are up to date.
• Manage check-outs, deposits, and end-of-tenancy works.
• Maintain accurate records on the property-management system.
• Collaborate with lettings and accounts teams for a seamless service.
• Build relationships with local contractors and suppliers.
