Job summary

RE:GEN Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from mobilisation through to completion and final handover across the UK. The role provides overall leadership of operational, commercial and technical activities, ensuring safety, compliance and high client satisfaction while delivering in programme and budget.

You will manage Site Managers, subcontractors and site teams, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety legislation, Building Regulations and CDM.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card are essential.
• First Aid at Work certification required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion and final handover.
• Manage project performance against safety, compliance, programme, quality, commercial and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, Planning requirements and the Building Safety Act.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including Site Managers, commercial teams, customer service teams and supply chain partners.
• Develop, monitor and manage project programmes, resources, risks and recovery plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Support the achievement of project budgets, profit targets and commercial objectives.
• Ensure robust project governance, reporting, risk management and compliance controls are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and high standards of customer service across all project activities.
