Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager with construction/development delivery background.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant and design teams.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to coordinate complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of construction and development projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary consultant and design teams across relevant RIBA stages.
• Act as key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting.
• Support procurement strategies, tendering and contractor appointments.
