Place Yorkshire, Leeds-based property and construction consultancy, is seeking ambitious Project Managers to join its Real Estate team. You will take responsibility for delivering projects from inception to completion, acting as the key client contact and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Projects span refurbishment, redevelopment and major new-build schemes for public and private sector clients, with emphasis on governance, procurement strategies and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction, refurbishment, regeneration or development projects.
• Consultancy background in project management or related environment.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects through full development lifecycle from feasibility through to completion.
• Be primary day-to-day client contact and trusted adviser.
• Establish project objectives, governance structures and delivery strategies.
• Manage programme, cost, risk, quality and stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and external stakeholders.
• Advise clients on procurement strategies and project delivery approaches.
• Manage project reporting, governance and communication processes.
• Monitor project performance and implement measures to drive successful outcomes.
• Manage change control procedures and ensure effective project controls are maintained.
• Support business development activities and foster long-term client relationships.
