Job summary

WPS in Northampton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Planned Maintenance team and lead the delivery of planned works across occupied social housing. You will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards, while driving performance and client satisfaction.

You will manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners, monitor progress and budgets, and maintain strong relationships with residents, the client and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering planned maintenance within social housing.
• Experience operating at Project Manager level in live residential environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and programme management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of planned maintenance programmes across social housing properties.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and operational resources.
• Monitor programme delivery, budgets and contract performance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and company procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients, residents and internal stakeholders.
• Produce progress reports, forecasts and performance updates.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain targets.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
