Job summary

PIB Group’s Underwriting collective is seeking a Project Management Lead to drive the delivery of project management support across the business. You will lead the PM team and take on PM responsibilities as needed, coordinating with stakeholders at all levels to prioritise and plan change initiatives.

The role sits within the Transformation Change Team, requiring strong collaboration and governance alignment to deliver artefacts and guidance that fit the organisation’s methods.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a financial services environment.
• Proven delivery of projects in a financial services or regulated environment.
• Experience with change management in various situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scope is clearly defined and that project deliverables meet requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain the project plan from initiation to closeout.
• Draft Business Cases for projects you manage.
• Proactively manage issues to resolve, keeping on schedule and budget.
• Deliver change and configuration management through change control procedures.
